Instructions

- Sauté the chorizo: In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chorizo until crispy (5-7 minutes).
- Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Prepare the sauce: Add harissa paste and coconut cream to the skillet, mixing well. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Combine gnocchi: Fold cooked gnocchi into the sauce and cook together for another minute.
- Serve: Plate the dish and garnish with fresh herbs or chili flakes if desired.
