Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until blended.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring them to plates.
