Ingredients
For the Watermelon Fries:
-
1 mini watermelon (sliced into 1-inch sticks, rind removed)
-
3 tablespoons chili lime seasoning (such as Tajin or any chili lime blend)
For the Coconut Lime Dipping Sauce:
-
1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
-
1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
-
2 tablespoons light agave

Juice and zest of 1 lime
Instructions

Slice the watermelon into thick slabs, then cut into 1-inch wide sticks, like fries.
-
Arrange the watermelon sticks on a platter.
-
Sprinkle chili lime seasoning evenly over the watermelon fries. Flip and repeat for full coating.
-
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, coconut milk, light agave, lime juice, and lime zest. Stir until smooth.
-
Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl.
-
Serve immediately, or chill the fries and sauce for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
-
You can adjust the seasoning based on your heat preference.
-
Substitute dairy yogurt with a plant-based version for a vegan option.
-
For added flair, serve on a chilled platter.
