Scale

For the Cheesecake Base:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free)

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix (dry, do not prepare)

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

  • 20 Golden Oreos, crushed

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Instructions

Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free). Beat until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy. Add the dry pudding mix and blend until fully incorporated.

Add Strawberries and Marshmallows:
Fold in the diced strawberries and mini marshmallows. Refrigerate the mixture for about 20 minutes for a firmer texture (optional).

Strawberry Crunch Topping:
Crush Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor or bag. Stir in the melted butter until evenly coated.

Assemble and Serve:
Scoop the chilled fluff into serving dishes. Sprinkle the crunch topping generously on top. Garnish with fresh strawberries or extra crushed cookies if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh strawberries for best results.

  • Add the crunch topping just before serving to keep it crisp.

  • You may skip marshmallows for a denser texture.
