Ingredients

12–14 fresh strawberries, washed, tops removed, and diced

2 tsp granulated sugar

1½ cups mini pretzels

2 tbsp butter, melted

Scant 1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp light brown sugar

1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free)

1/8 tsp imitation strawberry extract
Instructions

Dice strawberries and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with granulated sugar, stir to coat, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to draw out juices.

Pulse pretzels in a food processor until broken into small pieces. Add melted butter and cinnamon, then pulse again briefly until combined. Set aside.

In a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently whisk in the brown sugar, Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free), and imitation strawberry extract.

Assemble parfaits in cups: Start with a whipped cream layer, then strawberries, followed by pretzels. Repeat the layers.

Finish each parfait with a dollop of whipped cream, a strawberry slice, and a mini pretzel on top. Serve immediately.
Notes

Do not overmix the whipped cream or it will turn into butter.

For best texture, serve right after assembling.

Optional: chill the mixing bowl and whisk for quicker cream whipping.
