Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Wings:

Rinse chicken wings under cold water. Pat completely dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
Baking Method:
3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
5. Arrange wings on rack in a single layer.
6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Frying Method:
7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 375°F (190°C).
8. Fry wings in small batches for 8–10 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
9. Drain wings on paper towels.
Make the Glaze:
10. In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, hot sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and optional cayenne pepper.
11. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until bubbling and slightly thickened (about 3–5 minutes).
Glaze the Wings:
12. Place cooked wings in a large bowl.
13. Pour glaze over wings and toss to coat evenly.
14. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and chopped cilantro before serving.
