Ingredients
-
1 small pumpkin (about 5–6 inches tall)
-
1 bag tortilla chips
-
Guacamole (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
-
Wash the pumpkin, cut off the top, and scoop out all the seeds and pulp. Discard the insides.
-
Carve two small triangle eyes and a round mouth near the lower part of the pumpkin’s face.
-
Place the cleaned and carved pumpkin on one side of a large serving tray.
-
Spoon guacamole through the mouth of the pumpkin, spreading it down the middle of the tray to create the “throwing up” effect.
-
Arrange tortilla chips neatly around the guacamole path for dipping.
-
Keep chilled until ready to serve. Enjoy the laughter and the delicious snack!
Notes
-
For extra freshness, add lime juice to your guacamole.
-
You can decorate the platter with small Halloween props for a spooky look.
-
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day.
-
If you prefer, replace the pumpkin with a bell pepper or a small squash.
