Ingredients
-
1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
-
½ cup sugar
-
8 ounces cool whip, thawed
-
3 cups strawberries, sliced
-
1 cup blackberries
-
1 cup blueberries
-
1 cup raspberries
Instructions
-
Place softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl.
-
Add sugar and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.
-
Gently fold in the thawed cool whip until the mixture is fully combined and fluffy.
-
Add the strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the bowl.
-
Using a spatula, fold the berries carefully into the cream cheese mixture, making sure not to crush them.
-
Once everything is evenly combined, serve immediately.
-
If preparing ahead, refrigerate the cream cheese mixture and fold in the berries just before serving.
Notes
-
Always soften the cream cheese before beating to avoid lumps.
-
Fresh berries work best, but if using frozen, thaw and drain them well.
-
For extra flavor, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top before serving.
