This refreshing watermelon fruit salad combines juicy watermelon, sweet strawberries, tangy raspberries, and a zesty lime-mint dressing. It’s quick, colorful, and perfect for hot summer days.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Cups Watermelon (cubed into 1-inch pieces)

  • 2.5 Cups Strawberries (halved or sliced into rounds)

  • 2 Cups Raspberries

  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly squeezed Lime Juice

  • 1.5 Teaspoons Lime zest

  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • 3/4 Teaspoon Black Salt (optional)

  • 2 Tablespoons Mint Leaves (finely chopped)

  • 2 Sprigs Thyme

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup, and black salt until well combined.

  • Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  • Slice the strawberries in half or into thin rounds, then add them to the bowl with the watermelon.

  • Add the raspberries to the bowl, being careful not to crush them.

  • Drizzle the prepared dressing evenly over the fruit mixture.

  • Using a large spoon, gently toss the fruit so that each piece is lightly coated with the dressing.

  • Sprinkle the finely chopped mint leaves over the salad.

  • Add two sprigs of thyme on top for garnish and extra flavor.

  • Serve immediately for the best freshness and flavor.

  • If preparing ahead, store the fruit and dressing separately and combine just before serving.

Notes

  • For extra variety, add cherries, blueberries, or pomegranate seeds.

  • Skip the black salt if you prefer a purely sweet flavor.

  • Toasted nuts or seeds can be sprinkled on top for crunch.
