3 cups watermelon cubes (seedless and cold)

1 cup crushed ice

1/4 cup fresh lime or lemon juice

2–4 tablespoons white sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions

Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing any seeds. Chill the cubes if possible for a colder slushie.

In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, crushed ice, lime or lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and icy.

Taste the slushie. Add more sugar or juice if needed, then blend again briefly.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of lime or watermelon if desired.

Use frozen watermelon cubes for an even frostier drink.
