- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and dried herbs.
- Fold in the grated cheese until well coated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg, then add to the dry mixture and stir gently until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
